The Blood Bank at Clínica Magallanes
Has a team of professional medical technologists with vast experience and also nursing assistants who work to support all mdical procedures which require blood transfusions and their derivates, satisfying the needs of patients that are hospitalized or are outpatients, furnishing a high quality and safe product. For this purpose, the Clinic has a Lab which is in charge of in depth analysis of blood samples in order to make an early detection of transmisible diseases, such as hepatitis, AIDS and Chagas disease. We are also able to classify blood groups for all patients.
